The Hunt Family Fiddlers will bring their unique blend of music and dance to the Golden Belt Community Concert Association for its second concert of the season set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, in the Great Bend Municipal Auditorium, Lakin and Stone. The concert is available to concert association members. Full-time students will be admitted to the concert for a $5 donation at the door. The auditorium will open at 6:30 p.m.
This family of nine Irish step dancers, fiddlers and singers performs Celtic, bluegrass, inspirational and popular tunes, and has released four albums. The award-winning Hunt Family Fiddlers have marveled audiences around the world, and in 2007, they were honored to perform for Queen Elizabeth during her visit to the United States.
They have given numerous performances in the United Kingdom, opened three consecutive years for the Virginia Symphony, and garnered “held-over” status for three seasons at Busch Gardens Europe.
Bringing their unique blend of dancing, fiddling and singing to their many venues, the Hunt Family Fiddlers continue to amaze audiences with their high-class performance.
